My issue was when I asked about transfers to the airport the woman on reception (blond hair) wrote me a note with prices suggesting a taxi to Orly would cost 75 - 85 or 90 euros. She was clearly pushing the transfer service for 72 euros. My research had already told me that a taxi should not cost anything near that. She pushed me to book immediately and I said I would think about it. As this was on out arrival I felt quite misled and unable to trust staff - considering that the good staff was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel on tripadvisor. When I decided to book a taxi I went to the staff member (woman with dark hair) who showed me a written advice at reception that estimated 30 - 50 euros for a taxi to Orly. She booked the taxi for me. However I also asked her about a taxi to eiffel tower as we and a booking the following morning. She advised we didn't need to book. As it happened there were no taxis around that morning and we and a very stressful trip in the metro fearing we would miss our booking. Otherwise the breakfast was good and room comfortable but small. Staff generally helpful. Rubbish wasn't always removed from the room eg pizza boxes which I found an issue. The hotel is well located. For the record - the taxi to Orly cost 38 euro for 4 people with luggage at 9am on a weekday.
